International Human Rights Day 2023
The theme for Human Rights Day 2023 is “Freedom, Equality and Justice for All”.
The main objective is to end human rights violations where some people are deprived of basic requirements like food, shelter, education, hygiene, and a safe place to grow and create opportunities for growth. This is a step in the right direction to maintain peace and sanity in this ever-growing greedy and violent world. And it takes part in the Global Event wherein people celebrate the goodness in differences of human beings.
The day is celebrated across the world to:
Promote awareness about human rights among the people, Get together and celebrate in co-operation to discuss and highlight the specific issues of the human rights, Encourage the vulnerable group of people like women, minorities, youth, poor, disabled person, indigenous people etc. to take part in this event and political decision-making.
